General

1.1 These terms of purchase (the Terms;) apply between LensOnEyes and the customer for purchases and orders via  (the Website) and our reorder service.

1.2 The goods and services offered on the Website are provided by LensOnEyes.

2. Ordering

2.1 When you shop on the Website, you can either place a one-time order of contact lenses, accessories, glasses or sunglasses, or re order contact lens purchase.

2.2 In order to place an order for products, you as a customer must approve LensOnEyes terms and conditions. By accepting LensOnEyes Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide by these. We also ask you to read LensOnEyes's Privacy Policy for complete information on how LensOnEyes treat your personal information as separate personal data controllers.

2.3 When we receive your order, we confirm the order and automatically send an order confirmation to you at the e-mail address you provided when ordering. A purchase agreement has been entered into with you as a customer when LensOnEyes has confirmed your one-time order through the order confirmation. In the order confirmation you will find information about products, price, billing and delivery address. Read the order confirmation carefully when you receive them,

2.4 When we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any of the ordered items are not available or if there are problems with your order. If any of the items you have ordered are not available, LensOnEyes will be able to offer you replacement products with similar quality and price. If LensOnEyes does not have the opportunity to offer you other items, or if you do not accept the offer, LensOnEyes will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days of LensOnEyes receiving your order. LensOnEyes will refund the amount  using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.

2.5 We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the products are sold out. If a product is sold out, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify, compared to your order, or to cancel the order completely.

2.6 When you order Accessories via the Website, you agree that LensOnEyes will automatically place orders for you on Accessories that you have selected at the conclusion of the order. Delivery is carried out according to your details provided in the shopping form..

3. Price

All prices on the Website are stated in Indian rupee, and all prices include 18% GST, any shipping costs are stated on the checkout page.

4. Payment

Customer payments are handled by LensOnEyes partner Razor Pay. You can pay by card, direct payment, UPI payment.

For making the payment, we offer the following payment methods in collaboration with razor pay : credit card / debit card (Visa and MasterCard), invoice, direct payment via bank account. payments will be made using the payment method you specified on the payment page.

5. Invoices

Debiting / issuing of invoices takes place in connection with sending. If you have chosen to pay by credit card / debit card or direct payment via razor pay, and your card has expired or been blocked, the order will be canceled automatically.

6. Cancellation.

Stock items are sent quickly, and in order for us to be able to change your order before it is sent, the best alternative is for you as a customer to contact customer service on +91 733 8398 100. If the item has already been shipped, you can always return the order after delivery by exercising the right of withdrawal or open purchase (see more information below)..

7. Delivery

7.1 Our goal is to send the goods we have in stock within 24 hours from the order date, and goods that are not in stock, within 5 days. Our goal is that if you have ordered bespoke lenses, you will receive these within 2-5 days from the order date. Subject to delays beyond LensOnEyes control, the total delivery time will not exceed 10 days.

7.2 We ask you to check your goods as soon as possible after delivery to uncover any damage, defects or deficiencies. If the item is defective, do not use it, but inform us immediately. fill up the contact us form for complaints .

Right to With-draw

When buying goods on the Website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the law. The right of withdrawal applies from the time you receive the item you have ordered. As a customer of LensOnEyes, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you also have an open purchase for 90 days.

8.1 If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal:

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify LensOnEyes that you will cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Notice that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent to returns@lensoneyes.com. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after you have sent us an e-mail that you regret your purchase. If a return shipping note is included in the shipment, you can use this when returning your goods. 8.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

9. Complaints and complaints
