As a customer you increasingly want to decide for yourself how and where you can receive the package. At home, at work or at a place where you can receive the package.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

If your contact lenses order exceeds ₹2000, delivery is free at LensOnEyes. If you order glasses with LensOnEyes, delivery is always free. You can find more information about delivery on this page .

How long does it take for my order to be sent and received?

We send all packages at 1:00 p.m., make sure you have completed your order before. If you choose LensOnEyes, the delivery takes place between 4 and 5 days after the day of dispatch from our warehouse. We also offer faster choices thanks to DHL. You will find all the details of these options on the corresponding page .

How can I track my package ?

You can track your package in your customer section (Package number). The link will also be sent to you in the email announcing the dispatch of your package.

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

Check your parcel number / tracking code in your customer area If it says it was delivered, ask your neighbors and check your mailbox. If you can't find the package, you can contact the delivery company to help you find it. Still can't find your order? Contact our customer service. We will do everything we can to help you.

VERY IMPORTANT: Check that the address is correct and complete (ESPECIALLY THE ZIP CODE) and that it is an address where someone can easily pick up. If possible, please provide the home address where delivery is usually easiest. If you give us the address of your work, please make sure to put the name of the company. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours, let us know and we will investigate and talk to the transport to arrange.
