Do I need an account to order?
When you place an order for the first time, an account is automatically created for you. This will make it easier for you to place an order later!
A product / my correction is not in stock! How does it happen ?
Do not worry. You can still place your order. We will let you know when we expect to receive the products from the manufacturer. We'll ship it as soon as your entire order is in stock, or we can split the order for you, at no additional shipping cost.
Is GST TAX included in the order amount?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of Taxes.
Do I have a guarantee on my purchases?
All our products benefit from a legal guarantee in accordance with the laws in force. The legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect. Can I order lenses for one eye only?
Yes, you can order lenses for just one eye. You can select 0 boxes for one eye when entering the settings and fill in the details for your other eye. This way you only order lenses for your right or left eye.
Should I tell my ophthalmologist that I order my lenses online?
No, you do not need to tell your eye doctor about this.
What information should I fill in?
The information you need to fill in is on your prescription. It depends on the contact lenses you need, you will need to provide the correct information. You can read more about prescription information and details on this page .
How to use a discount code?
In the shopping cart, check the box „Apply discount code“ and enter the discount code you have. Click on 'Check' and the system will add the corresponding discount.
Do we have discounts for groups?
We can offer a discount for groups of minimum 10 people. These requests must be considered on a case-by-case basis, so please contact customer service.

1-click reorder Fast, faster, the LensOnEyes 1-click reorder . You only have to enter your order data once and can already benefit from this time-saving feature with your second order. Your last order is repeated with just one click – your personal values are automatically adopted. Particularly useful if you regularly reorder the same lenses, but you can also use this function when ordering glasses. (subjected to the availability of the product)
Reminder service
We like to remind you! In the stressful everyday life, it can quickly happen that you forget to order lenses and care products, even though you urgently need more. We're happy to help you out with a reminder. Simply select your desired date and we will send you a reminder email on your desired date. You can practically manage all reminders in the customer account. Our tip: Even if the product you want isn't available, we'll be happy to send you a reminder when it's available again. You can also manage all product notifications in the customer account.

We have listed your past orders for you. You can check what and when you last ordered and what correction values you specified. If your order is not yet being processed, you can cancel it directly in your account. If you want to return your recently received order to us, you can request a return slip for the return shipment with just one click.
