Frequantly Asked Questions

Are they original lenses?

That's right, all our lenses are original.

Can I buy a model of contact lenses that I have been told is very good to see if it works for me?

No, we sell replacement lenses, that is, the same lenses that have been recommended to you by a professional and you already know they work for you. All lenses are good but not all of them are suitable for all eyes, hence there are different materials, % of water, thickness, etc. If you buy a model that is not your usual model and you have problems with the lenses, we can change the boxes that you have unopened and unmarked but never those that are already open, we insist that changing the model is a risk that the client must assume now that we always disapprove and discourage, if you want to change you have to go to an optician to do the relevant tests.

I can't find my brand of contact lenses, can you get it?

Many times the wearers of contact lenses have a white mark of optics, if you take a picture of your lenses and send it to us, we will be able to tell you which ones are the original ones, which are the ones we have, in the original manufacturer's box.

Why do they cost me half as much as in my optician?

We buy volume and get good prices and as it is online, we do not have the expenses of a physical optician with which we can lower prices.

I have astigmatism, can I wear contact lenses?

YES you can wear contact lenses, there are lenses specially designed to compensate for astigmatism. These can be disposable daily, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly..., the range is very wide, always depending on your needs. The vision professional will advise you which are the most suitable for you.

Can I practice extreme sports wearing contact lenses?

Of course YES, it is one of the moments that you will most appreciate using them. They don't get dirty or splashed with rain, they don't fog up with changes in temperature and they don't fall off if you practice extreme jumps or 360º turns.

How do I do my makeup if I wear contact lenses?

Put your contact lenses in before putting on makeup to prevent makeup residue from remaining on the lenses. And above all, do not forget to NEVER wash and dry your hands before handling them. And remember when you go to take them out, first remove the contact lenses and then remove your makeup, in this order.

I am over 40 years old, can I wear contact lenses?

At any age we can wear contact lenses, as we move forward in life our needs change, so we only have to use the right lens at all times, with more than 40 years, we will have to cover, surely, the view tired with progressive contact lenses. But the optician-optometrist or ophthalmologist will be the professionals who will best advise you.

What do I do if I have forgotten to replace my contact lenses when playing?

Wash and dry your hands, and replace them with a new pair immediately. Contact lenses have a period of use where visual health and comfort are guaranteed; if we prolong it, we must assume the risk of complications See your professional, as soon as possible, in case your eyes are irritated or present any alteration.

Can a friend try on my contact lenses?

Contact lenses should never be shared with anyone. Contact lenses are medical devices that have been specially and specifically adapted for your eyes.

What do I do if, when I put on a contact lens, I notice that it bothers me?

Remove it and check that the lens is in perfect condition, that it is not missing a piece, it is not bent, it does not have something attached to it; Also make sure it's not upside down. If everything is correct and the discomfort persists, do not wear them and go to the office of your optician-optometrist or ophthalmologist.

What do I have to do if a lens is defective?

It is very unlikely that a lens will be defective or broken or that it will break on its own, the lenses break due to handling (although it is hard for us to admit it) or because it may have caught on the case when storing it. If you think that the lens actually has a manufacturing problem, the first thing is not to throw it away and notify us. If possible, we will replace it and it will be sent together with a next order, we will never send it alone, they will only be sent together with a new order. Sometimes the laboratory asks us for the lens to send it to their quality department to check if it is indeed their defect, they would have to send it to us in a case always with liquid and if it is indeed a manufacturing problem, they will replace it without any problem.
